Many different people are involved in Scouting and we do a wide variety of activities. We get active in the outdoors and develop skill such as map reading, using a compass and even finding your way with the sun and stars. We learn to light fires, build tents and shelters, cook meals and enjoy the outdoors. We get involved in many varied and exciting activities such as skiing, kayaking and archery, all with qualified instructors in a safe and fun environment.

All our leaders are volunteers, trained to take young people camping and hiking. All our leaders are also trained in first response and are subject to a background check via the PVG scheme. Our activities are run by qualified instructors where appropriate and all our members are insured to take part in Scouting Activities.
