Christian Aid Erskine Bridge Fun Day

  • Date: Saturday 25 April 2015
  • Time: Reception from 1pm, walk 2-5pm
  • Location: Erskine Bridge, Old Kilpatrick

Go along and enjoy a walk across the Erskine Bridge for another year at the Erskine Bridge Fun Day event. Take in the stunning views beneath the bridge on the Boden Boo forestry walks organised by Christian Aid.

This year will have the great addition of a 50ft inflatable assault course! Are you ready to compete against your friends and family to tackle the course and come out on top?

This is a great day for all age groups, whether you fancy challenging the assault course or just want to enjoy a leisurely walk across the River Clyde.

Schools against Sectarianism

Pupils at six Dumbarton primary schools all took part in a quiz organised by Dumbarton Churches Together to help them learn more about sectarianism and its effects on people. The ecumenical event was attended by Reverend Ian Johnson, of Dumbarton: Riverside linked with The West Kirk, Reverend Liz O’Ryan from St Augustine’s Scottish Episcopal Church and Canon Gerry Conroy, of St Patrick’s.
